When are payments due?

To book a tour we require a non-refundable deposit to be paid as detailed in the tour, with the balance to be paid in full 45 days before the tour starts, except for our Worldwide tours where the balance is to be paid 70 days before the tour starts.

Raven Travel Ltd (our parent company) has Public Liability Insurance. However, we recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any personal emergencies or medical expenses.

We've heard unsettling tales of tours being abruptly canceled, and we understand the significant preparation involved in planning a big trip—booking time off work, making travel arrangements, and more. To ensure our tours remain viable, we require a minimum no. of bookings. If a tour has less than the required minimum bookings, we will contact you to discuss your options: you can either receive a full refund of your deposit or choose a discount on an alternative tour.

It might surprise you how infrequent breakdowns are with modern motorcycles. However, for all tours, we do require all riders to have breakdown cover. Rest assured, when riding in a group, there's always assistance available from fellow riders and our tour guides. No matter the circumstances, we ensure that nobody is left stranded on the roadside.
