Booking a tour with us is easy! Simply visit our website or contact us directly to check availability and make a reservation. Our friendly staff will assist you throughout the booking process and provide any additional information you may need.
To book a tour we require a non-refundable deposit to be paid as detailed in the tour, with the balance to be paid in full 45 days before the tour starts, except for our Worldwide tours where the balance is to be paid 70 days before the tour starts.
Our tour packages typically include accommodation, meals (where listed), train/ferry travel (where listed), entrance fees to selected attractions, and the services of experienced tour guides. Specific inclusions may vary depending on the tour package you choose.
Our tours are designed to accommodate riders of all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned biker or a beginner, we have tours suitable for you. Our experienced guides provide safety briefings and support throughout the journey.
You are welcome to bring your own motorcycle. If you wish to rent a motorcycle please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements and any additional requirements.

To ensure a personalized experience and safety of our participants, we keep our tour groups small, typically ranging from 6 to 12 riders (our maximum is 20). This allows for better interaction with guides and fellow riders, creating a more enjoyable journey.
Absolutely! Many of our participants are solo travelers seeking adventure and new experiences. Our tours are a great way to meet like-minded individuals and forge new friendships along the way.
Raven Travel Ltd (our parent company) has Public Liability Insurance. However, we recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any personal emergencies or medical expenses.
We've heard unsettling tales of tours being abruptly canceled, and we understand the significant preparation involved in planning a big trip—booking time off work, making travel arrangements, and more. To ensure our tours remain viable, we require a minimum of two bookings. If a tour has only two bookings, we will contact you to discuss your options: you can either receive a full refund of your deposit or choose a discount on an alternative tour. Rest assured, we will never cancel a trip outright due to low numbers without offering you a choice.

It might surprise you how infrequent breakdowns are with modern motorcycles. However, for all tours, we do require all riders to have breakdown cover.
